What is required before enabling live trading
- Complete account onboarding and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Connect a supported broker (Alpaca or Coinbase) with valid API keys.
- Confirm the broker health check reports the connection as healthy.
- Run the strategy in paper mode and review its trade-by-trade results.
- Set explicit risk limits: max daily/weekly loss, max drawdown, per-trade risk, and max position size.
- Acknowledge the performance and live-trading disclaimers.
- Verify the kill switch is reachable and tested.
Fidelity Crypto execution
Fidelity Crypto live automated execution is not enabled because no approved Fidelity Crypto trading API is configured. Paper trading and signal generation remain available.
